We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Finance & Accounts Receivable to join our team. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for managing franchisee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, financial accuracy, and smooth stakeholder reporting. You will play a key role in monitoring financial controls, driving governance, and supporting business growth.
1) AR Function:-
· Drive timely collection of dues from franchisee partners.
· Monitor and control overdue receivables to ensure compliance with agreed credit terms.
· Review customer accounts, credit limits, and payment terms in line with company policy.
· Manage accounting for receipts, adjustments, write-offs, and bad debts.
2) Financial Reporting & MIS
· Review and validate franchisee sales reports for accuracy.
· Prepare and issue royalty invoices to partners on time.
· Develop insightful MIS reports and analytics for business teams.
· Provide monthly updates on outstanding balances and compliance status
· Support evaluation of new franchisee business partners.
3) Stakeholder Reporting
· Monthly updates to business team on Franchisee outstanding and agreement compliances
· Support business teams for new business partner evaluation
4) Financial Control & Governance

· Internal Audit and Statutory Audit management
