Job Purpose


The Assistant Manager – Biddable Media will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of branding and performance marketing campaigns across key biddable platforms. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, app installs, engagement, and revenue through data-led strategies, efficient budget management, and strong platform expertise.


Key Accountabilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, App campaigns), and Snapchat.
  • Drive performance across website traffic, catalogue sales, app installs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage large-scale media budgets, media plans, and performance forecasts.
  • Track and report performance using GA4 and Appsflyer; deliver clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and platform partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and new growth opportunities.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Achievement of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, installs, engagement).
  • Media budget efficiency and ROI improvement.
  • Quality and impact of performance reporting and insights.
  • Successful execution of media plans aligned with business goals.


Functional Competencies


  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of PMax, Meta Catalogue, search, and app campaigns.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Appsflyer, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Media planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
