Job Purpose


We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Reliance Retail. The role involves hands-on exposure in setting up & optimizing biddable media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360. Candidate will be involved in setting & reporting for campaigns across a wide range of objectives which will drive customer acquisition, app installs, engagement, and revenue through data-led strategies.


Key Accountabilities


  • Execute, optimize & scale up campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, App campaigns) and Snapchat.
  • Responsible for daily and weekly campaign performance reporting deliver clear insights & recommendations
  • Drive performance across website traffic, catalogue sales, app installs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage large-scale media budgets, media plans, and performance forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and platform partners to ensure campaign success.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Timely execution of media plans aligned with business goals
  • Achievement of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, installs, engagement).
  • Media budget efficiency and ROI improvement.
  • Quality and impact of performance reporting and insights.


Functional Competencies


  • Hands-on expertise in any of the biddable channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snap Ads) and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like GA4, Appsflyer, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Data-first mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills
