Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at Reliance Retail. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP financial accounting and controlling modules, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes and providing end-to-end solutions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules
• Experience in SAP GL & Accounting, Treasury module, Asset Management, and SAP Products
• Proficiency in SAP project systems and enhancement techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Certification in SAP FICO is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for financial accounting and controlling processes
• Perform system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO modules
• Lead and participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous enhancements
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions
