·        To provide technical oversight to the structural staff engaged in design and documentation of projects.

·        To make authoritative design decisions and recommendations coordinated with project requirements.

·        To provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of new technology and trends.

·        To develop and maintain positive professional relations when dealing with all stakeholders.

·        Assign tasks and responsibilities.

·        Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

·        Conduct progressive staff performance and development evaluations.

·        Represent the department in meetings and presentations.

·        Contribute to the overall growth and development of the firm.
