Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect & Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury projects across Residential, Commercial, Hotels, and Villas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative, elegant, and functional design solutions while managing projects from concept through to completion. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Conceptualization:
• Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity.
• Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, mood boards, and presentations for luxury residential, commercial, hotel, and villa projects.
• Project Management:
• Lead the design process from initial concept through final execution ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.
• Technical Expertise:
• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Manage procurement of materials and finishes ensuring luxury standards are maintained.
• Client Interaction:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, understanding their needs and translating them into bespoke design solutions.
• Present design proposals, budget estimates, and timelines professionally and clearly.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8 to 18 years of professional experience, predominantly in luxury projects.
• Proven experience handling Residential, Commercial, Hotels, and Villas.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury architectural and interior design.
• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management and client handling skills.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings used in luxury projects.
