Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist position is a full-time role based in Mumbai. Candidates must be from the Real Estate sector, possess an MBA in HR, and have prior experience handling both talent acquisition and HR business partner (HRBP) roles.

Key Qualifications

• MBA in HR is mandatory.
• Real Estate sector experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record in both talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and act as HR business partner for the real estate division.
• Provide consultative support to managers and staff, and align HR activities with business objectives.
• Oversee employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management processes.
• Support continuous improvement of HR policies and ensure compliance with all standards.
