Location: Mumbai | Experience: 10+ Years | Department: Landscaping / Horticulture

We are hiring for an experienced horticulture professional to lead landscape development and maintenance projects across India. The Senior Horticulture Manager will oversee multi-site teams, drive nursery and greenbelt development, and implement sustainable horticultural practices for residential, commercial, and institutional campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise large teams for pan-India horticulture and landscaping projects
• Develop, implement, and monitor sustainable landscape designs and practices
• Oversee nursery operations, plant selection, propagation, and supply chain management
• Develop annual budgets, prepare BOQs, and coordinate project tendering
• Manage irrigation, drainage systems, and tree transplantation activities
• Collaborate with architects, vendors, and internal departments for project delivery
• Conduct soil assessments, pest/disease management, and promote biodiversity
• Prepare SOPs, ensure compliance with environmental safety standards
• Maintain regular MIS and reporting for project status and expense monitoring
• Promote process improvement and innovation in horticulture and landscape management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Management, Botany, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience in large-scale landscaping or horticulture roles
• Proven success in pan-India or multi-location project management
• Advanced knowledge of plant biology, soil health, and sustainable landscape techniques
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication
• Familiarity with budget management, contracts, and team training
• Exposure to Miyawaki plantation, waste management, and nursery development preferred.
