MEP Design Engineer (5–14 Years Experience)

HVAC / Electrical / ELV / Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 5–14 years of hands-on experience in designing and coordinating building services for Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. Candidates with exposure to high-end luxury developments will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP designs (HVAC / Electrical / ELV / Plumbing & Fire Fighting as applicable).
• Coordinate design inputs across disciplines to ensure fully integrated MEP solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to resolve design issues.
• Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical meetings.
• Support site teams during project execution when required.

Requirements:

• 5–14 years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
• Strong background in Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects; luxury project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, discipline-specific tools).
• Solid understanding of local and international codes/standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
