Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Façade Designer to support the design, development, and execution of building façade systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade materials, performance requirements, and industry standards, along with proficiency in 2D/3D design software.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Develop conceptual and detailed façade designs (glass, aluminum, stone, ACP, curtain wall, cladding, etc.).
• Prepare façade shop drawings, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and performance analysis of façade systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure integration with building design.

Project Coordination

• Review architectural drawings and provide façade design recommendations.
• Support façade consultants and contractors during design review and approval stages.
• Conduct site visits to verify installation quality and resolve façade-related issues.
• Assist in mock-up preparation and testing processes.

Material & Technical Documentation

• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and façade performance criteria.
• Evaluate façade materials, finishes, and systems for cost, durability, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Façade Engineering, or related field.
• 2–8+ years of experience in façade design (depending on seniority).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other façade modeling tools.
• Knowledge of international façade standards (ASTM, EN, BS, NBC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of structural glazing, curtain wall systems, cladding materials, and façade construction.
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and façade system documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with façade contractors and suppliers.
