Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 8–16 years of professional experience in landscape design and coordination for high-end developments. The role involves leading landscape design from concept to execution, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring design intent is delivered on luxury residential, villa, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review landscape concepts, detailed designs, and GFC drawings
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure alignment of landscape design with overall project vision and luxury standards
- Review material selections, BOQs, and drawings for quality and cost effectiveness
- Support site execution and resolve design-related issues
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- 8–16 years of relevant experience in luxury residential, villas, and hotel projects
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge of softscape & hardscape
- Experience in client and consultant coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design tools
