- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze labor market trends and talent data to forecast needs and guide hiring decisions.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Drive innovative sourcing initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to strengthen RIL’s employer brand.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to align recruitment priorities with organizational goals.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct competitive market analysis to ensure equitable and attractive offers.
- Data & Process Excellence: Leverage ATS, analytics, and recruitment tools to track metrics and optimize efficiency.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.
- People & Culture Advocacy: Demonstrate a passion for the people agenda, inclusion, and change management, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
