Job Accountabilities (Min 500 - Max 1500)
1. Understand requirements for services procurement for the assigned items and provide inputs to Contracts Manager in defining overall procurement strategy
a. Align on timelines and spend planning for the assigned items
b. Managing Master Supplier List - Identification of new and alternative contractors and onboarding new contractors for consolidating vendor base.
c. Standardization of Service Pay items & Terms and Conditions for contacts across manufacturing sites
2. Assist the sourcing of delegated contracts in alignment with Contracts Manager guidance
a. Finalization of Multi-site Rate Contracts by leveraging volume across site for commercial advantage
b. Risk management by balancing of contractor allocation for ARCs
c. Obtain offers from contractors using e-sourcing platform, review comparative statement to aid in selection of vendors, optimization of price and other commercial terms
d. Monitor technical & price evaluation of quotes
e. Prepare for negotiation. Participate in Commercial Negotiation Meetings ,Set up Agreements and SLAs with the finalized vendors, specifying finalized rate, schedule and productivity KPIs etc
f. Ensure & review PO generation and release to Contractor
3. Post Award Contract Management
a. Enforce supplier feedback mechanism & action in accordance with feedback for improvement
b. Conflict Resolution for escalated issues with Contractors/Reliance Cross-functional teams
4. Manage Supplier Relationships at working Level
a. Manage positive vendor relationships at the working level
b. Engage with vendors on a regular basis to share organizational requirements and understand their constraints
c. Gather feedback from field execution team and supplier
d. Uphold ethical values in P&C dealings and operations in line with the corporate values
5. Use technology extensively to increase efficiency & control costs
a. Use the SAP system optimally to drive efficiency and cost optimization in the entire procure-to-pay transaction process
b. Focus on usage of technological tools like e–auction and reverse auction to improve efficiency, bring down costs and improve transparency
Education Required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)
· Necessary – B.E / B. Tech-Instrumentation
· Desired – MBA/ Similar professional qualification
Experience Required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)
· Necessary – 4 to 6 years of experience in the related field.
· Desired – Experience in Construction/ Operation & Maintenance in Continuous Manufacturing units in Oil & Gas sector.
