1. Prepare SOW for licensing/PDP,FEED and EPCM/EPC contracts
2. Prepare feasibility reports, cost estimates, execution plans basis project schedule
3. Oversee schedule for issue of engineering deliverables and ensure on time availability of engineering deliverables and materials for construction based on project priorities, as well as provide site support to construction group for construction related activities
4. Coordinate with cross functional teams such as procurement team, project controls team, engineering, construction, cost control teams, etc. for project related activities to ensure smooth implementation
5. Manage Changes in Scope of work through Change Management Process
6. Coordinate with concerned teams for digital asset twin requirements
7. Responsible for execution and implementation of project activities as per plan with high quality and with efficient utilization of resources
8. Monitor applicability to relevant codes, practices, performance standards and specifications Project Reporting
9. Set up effective systems for surveillance of safety, quality, time schedules & costs, and prepare & issue project progress reports for stakeholders' visibility and action planning
10. Prepare project close out & technical capitalization reports, as well as manage the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts
11. Identify risks associate with project, prepare mitigation measured for risk management and share quarterly reports Policies, Processes and Procedures
12. Support in formulation of project plan and ensure day-to-day execution in line with function standards & regulations
13. Implement new initiatives/ projects as per established policies to meet future requirements of the project
14. Provide inputs for improvements in project's processes, specifications and best practices
