Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Instrumentation Engineer for our operations in Bharuch. This full-time, mid-level position involves coordinating complex instrumentation engineering projects within our industry-leading operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in critical skills including PLC programming, DCS systems, and HMI configuration, essential for ensuring project success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PLC programming is essential to maintain process control systems efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with DCS systems to design and manage complex control systems for optimal plant operations (Mandatory skill).
• Capability in HMI configuration to ensure user-friendly interfaces and improve operator interaction (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of SCADA systems to develop comprehensive supervision and control solutions across facilities.
• Ability to develop P&ID, illustrating piping and process diagrams vital for engineering processes.
• Expertise in instrumentation calibration for ensuring the precision and reliability of measurement devices.
• Knowledge of Fieldbus networks for effective digital communication in industrial applications.
• Familiarity with ISA standards to ensure consistency and protocol compliance in instrumentation practices.
