Job Accountabilities -

1. Updated with latest codes, standards & statutory regulations.
2. 'Conversant with Hazardous area classifications, review electrical System study & electrical protection co-ordination.
3. Coordinate & support construction sites, participate in commissioning activities and incorporate necessary changes required in design documents and specifications.
4. Can prepare Key single line diagram (SLD), review various electrical layout drawings, carry out electrical design calculations , electrical equipment sizing e.g. Transformer, Switchgear, UPS etc, vendor engineering i.e. Technical offer review and bid preparation. Review critical large package drawing. 
5. Prepare value engineering proposals for cost optimization through the course of the project maximizing the project's value while maintaining or improving its quality.
6. Provide engineering support to construction, assisting in the resolution of SERs (Site Engineering Requests), PSRs (Project Scope Revisions), ECRs (Engineering Change Requests), etc.
7. Keep self abrest with latest standards and practices to contribute in Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of policies, processes and procedures on account of improvement of business processes.

Education - B TECH/ B E Electrical Engineering

Total Experience - Minimum 6+ yrs, Exp range 6-12 years of DEC experience in Refinery/Petrochemical/O&G etc., Site experience in relevant field like brown field projects etc.will be added advantage
