Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join Reliance Industries Limited at our South Delhi location. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional front desk service and administrative support. The role is ideal for a professional with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer interactions and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage the front desk and telephone lines efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support smooth visitor management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with office coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5–10 years of relevant experience in a front-office/guest-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and confident demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
