Policies, Processes and Procedures

1. Initiate and contribute to formulation and regular updation of design guides, piping material specifications and standards aligned with the different applicable
2. Engineering codes, industry norms and lessons learnt on the basis of past projects executed
3. Interprets and verifies industry standards guidelines and codes for project deliverables
4. Keep self abreast with latest standards and practices to contribute in Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of policies, processes and
5. procedures on account of improvement of business processes.

Detailed Engineering Activities and Site Support

1. Carry out feasibility study of engineering deliverables like plot plan, layout drawings, GA drawings, equipment layout etc.
2. Perform the different engineering activities and produce Piping Engineering deliverables by carrying out analysis and design calculations using appropriate software, selection of right kind of materials, support selection on the basis of the stress analysis of the lines, etc.
3. Check and Review engineering milestones/deliverables generated doing the project
4. Conduct and participate in model reviews with clients
5. Release material and purchase requisition by Engineering Contractor
6. Develop inputs for Project schedule / MIS reports
7. Optimise resource and allocate and maintain manhrs utilisation considering the Performance factor
8. Coordiniates technical issues with inter / intra disciplines & sites / clients.
9. Piping activity related to procurement such as Technical evaluation of vendors, MRQ, MRP, TBE, Bulk MTO, Vendor Drawing/Document review, etc. and site support as a part of Field Engineering

Education Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) preferred

Experience -

1. Minimum 6 +yrs, Exp range 6-12 years of DEC experience in Refinery/Petrochemical/O&G etc.
2. Site experience in relevant field like brown field projects etc.will be added advantage
