Engineering, Planning & Management

1. Check the engineering deliverables issued by the deisgn engineer/designer / detail engineering contractors and determine the degree of alignment with design intent
2. Plan & monitor complete work; Check and reviews the engineering designs, and ensure pre-emptive steps are taken for safety parameters at the right engineering stage
3. Implement lessons learned from past experience
4. Assist in construction & commissioning activities
5. Ensure satisfactory resolution of all technical contradiction arising at site during project / MOC Jobs execution
6. Following can be added:-
7. Sizing and selection of instruments
8. Review of other discipline inputs like P&ID, vessel drawings etc
9. Preparation of material & purchase requisitions
10. Interdisciplinary checks and co-ordination.
11. To keep abreast of the latest trends and technology
12. Participate in engineering review meetings with DEC / vendors.C24

Projects, Construction & Controls

1. Act as an interface to integrate deliverables from different verticals and work streams and engineering contractors
2. understanding of the role and responsibilities of all stakeholders on Basic, FEED, and Proposal Engineering and also focus on Inter & Intra department interfaces& interdependencies
3. Escalate issues to Lead and HOD to resolve risks and issues
4. Ensure satisfactory resolution of change management
5. Review of vendor offers and TBE.
6. Inspection of vendor material and expediting.
7. System FAT & SAT
8. Provide status reports and feedback of work progress to Lead.

Education Qualifications - BE/ B Tech (Instrumentation / Electronics)

Experience -

1. Minimum 6+ yrs, Exp range 6-12 years of DEC experience in Refinery/Petrochemical/O&G etc.
2. Site experience in relevant field like brown field projects etc. will be added advantage
3. Experience of executing Instrumentation engineering of Mid and/or Large size of hydrocarbon, Petrochemical and chemical projects will have added advantage
