Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Operations - Day Superintendent - Solvent Recovery

Education: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering

Experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Description:

'1. Deployment of daily resources as per plan & guide lines from manager based on agreed production plan.

2. Daily reporting (MIS) and booking of achieved out-put (WIP), quality, efficiencies and yields along with the analysis of plant performance. 

3. Assist in manpower resource planning (regular & contract manpower).

4. Daily Participation in the frame of " GAMBA" walk.

5. Involvement in Task force / Problem solving team activities for improving opeartions.

6. OTIF (On budget & Quality).

7. Identify & implement actions to eliminate bottlenecks.

8. Analyse periodically cost of quality and consumption of solvent recovery ssection to identify improvement points in the next year budget.

9. Help to prepare the yearly Planning & Budgeting (P&B) formulation for the department.

10. Monitor & report for controlling consumption of auxiliary materials/consumables along with store issue / process spare consumption.

Preferred Experience:

1. Professional having 'Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university & a proven track record in the respective field.

2. 5 to 10 years of working experience on shop floor of chemical distillation process

3. Exposures in dealing with organic solvent 

4. Experience of working in a department having continuous processes and 24/7 shift rotation with cross functional team members.

4. Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community (academic and professional)

5. Experience of with continuous production processes and 24/7 shift rotation
