JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MANAGER – MEDIA & COMMUNICATION
• Sharing ideas to team for Creating videos, Photos for social media platform, email flyers, and other marketing purposes, prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Content study, analysis and creation, content writing, conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Design, build and maintain company social media presence, Work as a creative team to develop content and visuals across all platforms - websites / social media/print/media kits, etc
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing/electronic - media.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and social media marketing by keeping a track of other related industries and companies.
• Promotion of products and services through digital channels, like participating in social media groups, connection with PR agencies for publishing articles in multiple platforms and promoting our products and services, exploring new media channels where we can showcase our products.
• Advance planning and deligation of marketing materials like posts, videos etc. following a strict schedule and timeline to be reported weekly.
• To handle the team effectively, Maintains team results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Degree in marketing or a related field and must have working experience in Electronic Media industry for minimum 5 years.
• Proven working experience of 5 and above years in same field in Electronic Media.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• The ability works under pressure and meets deadlines with goals.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro
CTC – 5.5 Lacs to 7.0 Lacs per annum
