  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of BPO industry is desirable

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
