Designation: Manager Wellness

Location: Mumbai

Work Days: 5

Reports to: VP Wellness

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Take Lead on initiative to refine/Enhance the customer experience –Through regular training , Stakeholder engagement , Escalation evaluation and Monitoring of Service Parameters
2. Mentors and evaluates team on Delivery management best practices and process Improvement opportunities
3. Ability to successfully Handle multiple , complex projects /engagements simultaneously. Proven Experience at Developing and Maintain relationship with organization , customers , Clients and executives
4. Publish Regular Dashboards on customer evaluation
5. Understand Business Requirements and make the necessary service delivery enhancements

Expected profile –

1. Ability to present data/findings in a structured manner
2. Should have strong presentation and data gathering skills
3. People Management and Client Management skills
4. Experience in formulating and implementing work practices that are well defined and operational with minimum disruption .
5. Liason with internal function including Sales , Network, CRT to ensure smooth functioning of the services
6. Experience and conversant in service level agreements and operational Schedules .
