Role: Brand Marketing - Digital

Location: Mumbai.

Qualification: Full-Time MBA


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for brand campaigns, launch, proposition, positioning and adoption.
  • Create detailed marketing brief for all brand campaigns (digital & offline) and build KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, brand impact and ROI.
  • Analyse market, competition, consumer behaviour and plan & lead market research to deliver insights into brand planning and campaign development.
  • Brief & review content for social media, banners, mailers, SMS, notifications, blogs, videos, voice scripts, influencer marketing and other marketing communication channels.
  • Manage and oversee social media. Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Deep focus on tracking campaign results and run A/B testing to optimise the ROI and improve campaign KPIs.
  • Take ownership of critical projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders and ensure speedy execution.
  • Customer retention management with effective campaigns and value proposition by segmenting users into meaningful buckets.
  • Leverage data to understand product conversion and engagement funnel. Design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics.

Skills:

  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns on digital, social and traditional offline media.
  • Experience in managing creative production.
  • Passion for customer experience and ability to utilise consumer research data to drive actionable insights to form brand strategy, campaign ideas, product innovation and customer experience modules.
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, social media best practices and latest trends
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management / marketing automation is a plus
