Education: Engineering Background (B. Tech or Mechanical
Diploma), Need to have technical knowledge.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities
> Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
> Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
> Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
> Contribution to cost and price calculations
> Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.
> Searching for new tenders
> Analyzing potential tenders
> Tender preparation and bid submission
> Follow up on a bid
> Understanding of tender management process
> To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation
> To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company
> Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products
> Updating tender files and software for the same
> Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports
