Job Title: Business Head- (Trucking Freight Brokerage)
Location: North India(Mohali)
Reports To: Chairman in USA
Reports IN: Managers
CTC: 40-50 Lpa
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced business manager to lead and oversee
the work of employees in our company. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the
efficiency of logistics(freight brokerage) business operations in India as well as setting
strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters
business currently growing at 30%-40% annually. A competent leader able to provide
guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s
vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities
to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
7) Role Overall Responsibilities and Duties
• Managing the entire logistics business operations of worth 1000 Cr based out of
India
• Ensuring efficient management of customer service platform
• Managing 200 employees and dealing with US based partners and clients
• Managing and doing business across 50 states in US
• Engaging in negotiation and involving broker contacts and large scale customer
• Promoting and developing the company’s brand
• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
• Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
• Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
• Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
• Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
• Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient services from team

Monthly Responsibilities
• Supervise employee sales achievement and counsel toward improved efficiency with
internal processes that adhere to legal guidelines
• Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors and partners to
appropriate management teams
• Work with managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
• Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment
plans
• Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
• Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public
relations
8) Qualifications & Skills:
• Master degree in business, management, or related field from premium institute
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role in logistic industry
• Proven experience with business and strategy development processes in same
industry
• Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
9) Experience in Years: 15- 20 years + (10+ in logistic / similar setup)
