Designation: Asst Manager Retail Marketing

Salary package – 10-12 lakhs

Location: Bangalore

Individual contributor role working with cross functional teams from sales, finance, IT, operations, in a multi-vendor muti agency environment

About the Retail Vertical.

There are 680 + stores spread across 360 + towns pan India. It is a small format (< 1000 SFT) standalone store format which is mostly franchised. There are 16 COCO / COFO stores with count slated to increase to 50 by end of the year. It has been instrumental in redefining kitchen shopping experience and is ranked 6th in top franchised business in India by Franchisee India. New store formats and Omni channel are also being developed.

Key Job Responsibilities

1) National Store Marketing Calendar

a. Develop the annual store marketing calendar and seek approval for necessary budgets

b. End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns for the retail department

i. including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals across various channels and measurement of impact

ii. Analyze and identify trends on regular basis and fine tune the calendar as per revised business needs

2) Local Store Marketing

a. Identify new and innovative marketing engagements/ events and seek approval from relevant stakeholders which will help achieve Annual business plan and Year on Year business growth targets

i. including ideation of activities, creation of collaterals, implementation of plans, review with cross function team stake holders to track operational performance and ensure course correction & corrective action, as appropriate.

b. Store BTL activation Artwork support

3) Customer Engagement and Communication

a. Own and implement the WhatsApp marketing piece

b. Conduct Customer engagement Events

c. Devise and implement Customer Satisfaction Score mechanism, Review and Rating

4) Leverage Digital for improving store Walkins and Sales

a. Identify and develop digital tools for increasing store discoverability and increase walk in

b. Team up with other stakeholders for implementing Omni Channel project

Working Style and People Management Skills Required

- Frequent store visits across markets, across tier of towns

- Work in coordination with the Sales set up in a cross functional team

- Mentor and develop sales team using a supportive and collaborative approach

- Train store staff and franchisees on store marketing and develop marketing mindset

Desirable Candidates

- Compulsory

o MBA with marketing specialization and >70% academics throughout education

o 3-5 years' work experience (lesser than 3 years need not apply)

o Proficient in MS office applications – especially excel and PPT

o Team Player with effective communication skills

o Self-starter - with initiative and drive

- Preferable

o Organized Retail marketing chain store background

o Should have handled sales team to drive marketing initiatives (cross functional team working)

o Handled multiple agencies (on retainer) independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
