We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is desirable.
