xcellent English Communication skills.
Should have worked in staffing companies only.
Should have work on Contracting/C2H/Temp. staffing, NO PERMANENT hiring experience should be submitted.
Should be able to work in pressure and relax environment.
Should be able to work in given TAT for submissions.
Should have done end-to-end recruitment with salary negotiations and delivery of selected resources
Requirements
Should know Boolean Search, String Search, X-Ray Serach and other sourcing techniques from portal.
Should be comfortable working on Naukri and Monster portal along with our Search Tool.
Should be able to switch resources on similar needs etc.
Should be aggressive in delivery and achieving targets as given.
Will be responsible for Full Interview follow-up along with Lead/Account Managers.
Should have experience working on SI/Captive/Infra clients on C2H/Contract Hiring.
Should have experience hiring in IT Skills, Infra Skills, SAP, and other IT Skills.
Should have experience of sourcing from referrals, Social Media and other methods of referrals.
