A hybrid marketing manager is responsible for maintaining a brand’s online and offline presence  by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals, and creating content for the growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital as well as offline marketing, including SEO/SEM, Influencer Marketing, TV Commercials, Email, Social media and Youtube advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise customer experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications

• Expertise in photoshop / canva, content writing is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
• Freshers can also apply
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Ready to sign a 2 years work contract with the organisation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 2,50,000 PA - 3,50,000 PA
