The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales teams
• Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
• Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attending to all India Mart and Trade India inquiries and explaining about product and informing price.

Maintaining data of inquiries and following up inquiries. Submitting price quotations and copying concerned Sales persons to followup and convert to orders.

Following up the Sales persons for update on quotations submitted, expected orders in the week / month along with advance payments.

Making MIS report in Excel about active inquiries and orders expected with advances for the week/month and submitting to Sales In-charge.

Follow up with sales persons for submitting their Daily activity reports. Next week order booking and payment forecast.

Qualifications:

Should be a commerce graduate with good typing skills in MS Word and Excel with minimum 30 - 35 words per minutes speed

Should be able to speak Hindi, English and Telugu

Due to nature of work, only male candidates required.
