We are seeking a Mid-Level Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to join our team in Dehradun. As a full-time role, the Executive Assistant will provide vital support to the Managing Director, utilizing exemplary organizational and communication skills. This position plays a critical role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across various functions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in calendar management to efficiently organize and schedule executive meetings and appointments (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with project management software to track and manage various projects and deadlines (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with CRM software for maintaining and organizing customer and client information (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite efficiently for handling daily tasks and reports.
  • Competency in Google Workspace for collaboration and communication within the team.
  • Skill in expense tracking to monitor and process financial requisitions and claims accurately.
  • Experience in travel coordination, including booking and organizing travel accommodations and itineraries.
  • Knowledge of document management systems for maintaining and ensuring the accessibility of critical documents and files.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Managing Director's calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient time management.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing projects and tasks to align with strategic objectives and deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for the Managing Director, ensuring smooth and efficient travel plans.
  • Prepare and process expenses and financial requisitions in compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support the Managing Director's initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by keeping sensitive information secure and accessible only to authorized persons.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs by compiling and analyzing information as needed for executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and various internal and external stakeholders.
