The Legal Manager - Real Estate / Construction is responsible for managing legal matters related to real estate and construction projects. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal advice on property acquisitions, development, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, development, and construction matters.
• Handle disputes and litigation related to real estate and construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and update policies accordingly.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation for property acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
