Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model across OPD/IPD/EHC/Diagnostics.
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments.
- Ensure compliance with TATs for registration, billing, and insurance processing.
- Provide counseling and navigation support to patients and families.
- Handle patient queries and grievances with empathy and accuracy.
- Coordinate admissions/discharges and liaise with clinical and billing teams.
- Manage TPA/insurance documentation and approvals.
- Uphold patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
