🧪 Role Overview

• Department: Laboratory Medicine – Biochemistry & Immunology
• Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lab tests per protocols and quality standards
• Perform daily quality control and equipment upkeep
• Maintain accurate documentation and validate results
• Manage inventory and discard expired reagents properly
• Communicate critical values promptly to clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with JCI, NABH, and NABL standards

✅ Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Sc with DMLT / B.Sc MLT
• Experience: 4–6 years in a clinical lab setting
• Skills: Proficient with lab procedures, LIMS, infection control, testing equipment, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Flexibility: Willing to work rotational and night shifts
