Role: Patient Experience Executive – Home Care
Department: Hospital @Home / Home Care
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time (On Rolls)
Shift Timings: Rotational (Last shift ends at 10:00 PM)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Patient Experience & Coordination
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate service across all touchpoints
- Educate patients and families on services, packages, inclusions/exclusions
- Represent and uphold hospital values in every interaction
2️⃣ Scheduling & Communication
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Notify patients of changes via SMS, calls, or email
- Redirect queries accurately and promptly
3️⃣ Turnaround Time & Escalation Handling
- Monitor service TATs and KPIs
- Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation
- Proactively support service recovery
4️⃣ Billing & Documentation
- Collect payments and verify bills at point of service
- Maintain clear digital records in EMR & billing systems
- Ensure daily reports and compliance-ready documentation
5️⃣ Protocol & Service Excellence
- Follow grooming, etiquette, and communication guidelines
- Strive to exceed Net Promoter Scores and satisfaction benchmarks
6️⃣ Rotational Shift Support
- Ensure seamless shift handovers and 24/7 service continuity
- Work across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Education: Full-time Graduate (Preferred: Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation)
📅 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role
🗣️ Skills: Strong verbal/written communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
💻 Tech Proficiency: MS Office + basic Hospital Management Systems
⏰ Shift Readiness: Comfortable with rotational and evening shifts
