Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Dialysis Nurse for a full-time position at our Mumbai location. The candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients and must excel in both technical competency and patient-centered care. This position requires a proactive approach to patient assessment, equipment operation, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Hemodialysis, ensuring effective treatment cycles and patient comfort (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability in Patient Assessment to accurately evaluate patient conditions and respond accordingly (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Dialysis Equipment Operation to safely manage and troubleshoot dialysis systems (Mandatory skill).
• Effective Vascular Access Management skills to ensure successful insertion and maintenance of dialysis access points.
• Knowledgeable in Infection Control to maintain a sterile environment, preventing complications and treatment interruptions.
• Strong Critical Thinking abilities to assess situations and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Compassionate attitude towards patient care, offering emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.

Roles and Responsibilities
