We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executive with proven expertise in hospital hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining quality hiring standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospital roles including Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Paramedical, Administrative & Support staff
  • Understand departmental manpower requirements and coordinate with Medical Directors, HR Heads, and Department Heads
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and internal databases
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and documentation
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, tracker, and hiring reports
  • Ensure TAT adherence and quality closure of positions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hospital staffing
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HR processes
