Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s (Clinical preferable) plus MBA HR or Healthcare or Master Hospital Administration, or related field
  • Min 1 plus years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with NABH/JCI standards preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Excel.

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring timely onboarding, compliance with NABH and JCI standards, and reducing early attrition through effective handholding and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical (admin, finance, IT, support staff) roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
  • Manage job postings across platforms and maintain a talent pipeline.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Facilitate pre-joining documentation and verification.
  • Conduct joining formalities including ID creation, induction scheduling, and orientation.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files as per NABH and JCI standards (e.g., qualification, license, medical fitness, background checks).

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with NABH and JCI accreditation requirements.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.

Employee Engagement & Handholding

  • Act as a point of contact for new joiners during the first 90 days.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to address concerns and ensure smooth integration.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development for onboarding training modules.

Attrition Management

  • Monitor early attrition trends and conduct exit interviews.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve onboarding experience.
  • Work with HRBP to develop retention strategies for high-risk roles.

KPIs

  • Compliance score (NABH/JCI)
  • Infant attrition rate
  • New hire satisfaction score
