Position : Store Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience : more than 2 Years or above that


Key Responsibilities: Service

Carry out day to day operations ensuring execution of planned jobs with strict adherence to the SOPs and meeting requirements of inventory levels and estimated delivery schedule

 

Execute store operations to ensure availability of right material as per hospital requirements - receipt, inspection and usage decision

Execute store operations to ensure availability of right material at right place - warehousing, binning & preservation

Execute Pharmacy operation as per FDA norms

Should have knowledge of LASA, HR materials and maintain stock as per guideline prescribed

Ensure appropriateness of prescription and issue drugs accordingly

Maintain Narcotic drugs as per defined guidelines and ensure proper accounting on daily basis

To ensure updation of Licenses as per FDA guidelines

Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records for radioactive nuclei, and registries of poisons, narcotics, and controlled drugs

Assess the identity, strength and purity of medications

Ensure proper maintenance of addition/deletion Form for Drug Formulary and get the approval from PTC before dispensing

Execute store operations to ensure availability of right material and right issue as per requirements ensuring reconciliation of job process materials and minimum variation between between physical & system stock

Strive for reduction in cycle times and suggest improvement in store operations, storage, safety and housekeeping

Monitor inventory management and ensure adherence to the safety stock levels as given by Site and Central Inventory Controller

 

Provide input to find out “Problem inventory” of unused and obsolete items for stock transfer or liquidation

 

Arrange timely collection and disposal of scrap and other materials as per the SOPs and the hospital schedule

 

Optimize space utilization and execute plans to improve space utilization. Ensure compliance to stacking and storage norms

Maintain safety standards, safe working conditions & good housekeeping environment in stores                 

Provide inputs for various departmental MIS, QA / QC reports, and documentation

Adhere to all departmental policies, HSEF policy and any other guidelines
