Candidates Requirement: -

·        BSc-Nursing /GNM

·        1 to 3 years of experience

Job Profile: -

Provide care in co-ordination with the physician and other health care workers

Assess the patient’s condition, health progress and needs

Manage patient as per scope of services

Identify care issues and makes recommendations about changes to the patient care plan as per consultant recommendation

Communicate with family care givers, listen to their concerns and update them on the patient condition.

Maintain the Documentation of care provided accurately in EMR

Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality is duly protected at all the times

Treat patients and their family with courtesy, respect, and caring behaviour

Work closely with nursing manager, Head of the department and doctors to ensure a high standard of nursing care
