Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to fulfill both immediate and long-term staffing requirements across all departments of the hospital.
- Lead talent mapping and workforce planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing future talent needs proactively.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition and advertising to offer negotiation and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Partner closely with department heads and senior management to understand talent requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Leverage workforce analytics and market intelligence to continually improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate quality.
- Oversee and enhance the usage of applicant tracking systems to drive process efficiency, maintain accurate records, and produce regular recruitment reports.
- Champion the organization’s employer brand, participating in career fairs and building strong relationships with professional institutions and talent networks.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards throughout all hiring processes, upholding the hospital’s value of respect for life and service excellence.
