🔶 Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Critical Care & Anesthesia Resident to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting in procedures, and supporting senior consultants in the ICU, OT, and emergency settings.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients admitted under Critical Care and Anesthesia services.
• Assist consultants in performing ICU and OT procedures.
• Manage emergency cases and ensure timely intervention.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic activities.
• Coordinate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure adherence to clinical safety standards.

🔶 Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS + MD / DNB in Anesthesiology / Internal Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine / General Medicine
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesia
• Valid medical registration (MMC)
• Strong clinical judgment and willingness to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Shift: Rotational shifts including nights
• On-Call Duties: As per department requirement
• Joining: Immediate or within short notice preferred
