- Ensure smooth functioning of consultations, diagnostics, and support services
- Monitor patient flow to reduce waiting time
- Patient Experience-Improve patient satisfaction and service quality
- Handle escalations and grievances
- Team Leadership- Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff
- Conduct training and performance reviews
- Coordination- Work closely with doctors, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams
- Ensure proper scheduling of consultants
- Process Improvement- Implement SOPs and optimize workflows
