1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out projects
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

2. Design Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and designers for layout finalization
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Appoint and manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor performance, quality, and adherence to timelines

4. Quality Control

• Ensure construction and interior works meet quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and enforce SOPs

5. Cost Management

• Monitor project costs and control budgets
• Validate bills, BOQs, and variation orders

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations
• Follow guidelines from National Building Code of India and other statutory authorities

7. Maintenance & Upgradation

• Oversee renovation and maintenance of existing infrastructure
• Plan upgrades to improve functionality and aesthetics

8. Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with internal teams (operations, admin, clinical in hospitals)
• Provide regular project updates to senior management
