Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care in the intensive care unit managing patients with complex and critical conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement effective treatment strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Perform essential invasive procedures such as intubations and management of central lines
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions
• Participate in infection control initiatives to prevent healthcare-associated infections
• Promote and ensure patient safety through adherence to clinical protocols and procedures
