Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Assistant Associate in Anesthesia and Pain Management for a full-time, junior-level position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess 0 - 8 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia and pain management techniques, including regional anesthesia, clinical documentation, and pain management procedures.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree along with DNB/MD Anesthesia
• Fresher to 8 years of experience post DNB/MD
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical documentation to ensure accurate patient records (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in pain management procedures for patient care (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to assist in surgical procedures, providing support to senior medical staff.
• Experience in patient education, providing guidance to patients on post-procedure care.
• Capable of monitoring anesthesia to ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in administering and monitoring anesthesia under the supervision of the anesthesiologist.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in a timely and precise manner.
