Job Summary

The Quality Trainee will support the Quality Department in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining hospital quality standards in line with JCI and NABH requirements. This role provides hands-on exposure to accreditation processes, audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives in a hospital environment.

Tenure & Compensation

• Duration: 6 months (Internship)
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
• Opportunity: High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and organizational requirements

Key Responsibilities

Accreditation & Compliance

• Assist in JCI and NABH audit preparation
• Participate in internal audits and mock drills
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation standards

Documentation Management

• Maintain and update SOPs, policies, and quality manuals
• Support document control and audit readiness

Quality Monitoring

• Assist in tracking quality indicators and KPIs
• Support RCA, CAPA, and gap analysis

Training & Awareness

• Help organize staff training programs on quality standards
• Support awareness initiatives across departments

Coordination

• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams
• Follow up on audit observations and closure points

Qualifications

Education

Mandatory Qualification: MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or equivalent

Preferred Clinical Background: BAMS / BDS / BHMS

Experience

• Freshers or up to 1 year experience
• Exposure to NABH/JCI (internship/academic) preferred

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of hospital accreditation standards
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
