We currently have openings for ‘Patient Experience Executive – HomeCare Department’, details for the same are given below

 

Candidates Requirement: -

 

·        Graduate from any field

·        2-4 years’ experience, preferably in hospital / hospitality sector

·        Knowledge of SAP & Cash Handling

·        Good English & Hindi communication

 

Job Profile: -

 

Execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model for excellence across the assigned area

 

Ensure proper scheduling of the Hospital @Home appointments

 

Monitor and drive TAT of Hospital @Home registration & billing & patient query management as per SLA as well as other department specific dashboard indicators required from time to time by the Manager/Supervisor

 

Monitor cancelation and ensure prompt information convey to the patient/ family via SMS /Email/ Call with proper reasons within defined turn around time

 

Ensure proper counselling and directing the patient during Service enquiry and product details. Also ensure accuracy & promptness in patient query handling as well as escalation

 

Ensure service levels to meet patient / client satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores benchmarks defined from time to time at the Organizational level.

 

Work in all 3 shifts to attain continuity of services for Hospital @Home clients

 

Represent the brand in alignment with its mission, vision and value statements.

 

Review prescription or any other referred service advised and perform assessment of needs and explain applicable services from Hospital @Home. Explain inclusions and exclusions of the services clearly.

 

Ensure proper checking of bills and payment collection. Share the report of incomplete transactions with line manager on day to day basis at the end of the shift.

 

Scanning of the documents as required and uploading the same in EMR/bills for audit trail and records completion.

 

Ensure that standards for handling patient visitors/patient attendants as well as grooming and telephone etiquettes are being implemented as per Hospital norms.
