Job Title: Patient Experience Executive (Pharmacy Qualified)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Experience Executive with a background in Pharmacy to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure seamless coordination of care. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and internal departments, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent patient experience throughout their hospital journey
• Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams for smooth patient care
• Assist in medication-related queries and provide basic guidance as per protocols
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores and service quality
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support in patient counseling and discharge processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES
• 1–10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare setup (preferred)
• Strong and excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of hospital operations and pharmacy practices
